15% of monthly mortgage/rent per month for continued staging.

$300 for design strategy consultation (full day walk through).

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

Shooting / $45 Per hr. (2hr. minimum) for small products (covers 12in x 12in)

Shooting / $55 Per hr. (2hr. minimum) for small to large furniture 

Editing + finished photos / $20 for every 10 photos of each product.

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY

$60 Per. hr. (2hr. minimum)

CONSIGNMENT

50% of final sale price per item. That includes pick up storage and delivery on our part.

ESTATE SALE

$100 consultation fee.
30% to 40% percent of total gross sales.
*Access to our delivery logistics and drivers the day of estate sale.
